After a raw and heavy film in May with the screening of She Said,
our next screening is on Sat 21 June 25 when we will screen
the film The Movie Teller, at 7:00 pm.
This film, set in rural Chile in the 1960s, is the story of a young Chilean girl who has the gift of storytelling
and how recounting the events in Hollywood movies transforms her family's fortunes.
Directed by Lone Scherfig and starring Berenice Bejo, Daniel Bruhl and Antonio de la Torre.
Doors open at 6:00 pm for members and their guests to enjoy their BYO meals and drinks,
and to socialise before the film.

Please note that membership fees for the full 2025 season are now due and need to be paid
before the screening on 21 Jun 25.
Payment details can be found on the membership form which is available under the Membership tab
in the menu above. Alternatively, you can pay by cash at the door if preferred.
Renewing members do not need to submit a new membership form unless their contact details
have changed since last season, just make a payment to the Film Society account,
making sure that your name(s) is/are included in the Reference or Comment fields
of the EFT payment, so we can readily identify your payment.
