Well our 2024 season is underway and we're pleased to present our first Movie and Meal night for the year on Sat 20 Apr 2024.

​

Our film this month is Honeyland.  Filmed in Macedonia, this documentary tells the tale of one of the last female wild beekeepers in Europe. When a family of nomadic beekeepers invades her land and threatens her livelihood, she must save the bees and return the natural balance in Honeyland.

​

 To go with this well awarded film we are offering a delicious Macedonian themed two-course meal at $40 per head. There is a choice of Macedonian beef or Vegetarian Moussaka followed by a local honey-based sweet dessert.

Bookings for the meal are essential and should be made by email to Colin at info@gundaroohall.org.au.

This event is a fund-raiser for the Gundaroo Hall and all payments should be made to the Hall account (See meals page for details).

Doors open at 6:00 pm for you to BYO drinks, including glasses,

to enjoy and have time to socialise before the meal which will be served at 6:30pm.

The film starts at 7:30 pm.
